Chai Cream Ice Cream #
Ingredients #
- 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 6 Tbsp Skim Milk Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 2/3 Cups Whipping Cream
- 1 Cup Chai Concentrate (I used Oregon Chai's Original Chai Tea Concentrate)
Instructions #
- In a bowl whisk together sugar, milk powder, and xanthan gum
- In a medium pot, add 1/3 cup of cream and the chai concentrate
- Whisk dry ingredients into the pot of liquid ingredients. Be sure to mix well.
- Heat ingredients for ~5 minutes on medium heat, until sugar is disolved
- Add remaining cream and place in a sealed contained. Refridgerate for 12+ hours.
- Churn according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
